- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing are basic and does not include any fees. We also do not charge our clients that wants to use the Gym on their own time. All discounts are based on the amount of sessions purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All our new client have to complete a Fitness evaluation including but not limited to a Physical activity readiness questionnaire (ParQ), Postural analysis, structural integrity(Core), balance, strength and cardiovascular assessments. The client then have to complete a fitness goals and Nutritional review to make sure that the client expectation are in sink with the program adjustment FITT and the food intake. All the information gathered in this preliminary session will be used to design the client program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MARWANE BALDE, CPT In addition to my academic background in exercise physiology and weight management, I hold Personal Training Certifications from: •American council on exercise (ACE) •Apex fitness group (which requires a C.D.R= Commission on Dietetic Registration). •National strength and conditioning association (NSCA) •CPR/AED Certification from the American heart association(AHA). •I’m also a current member of the NSCA and IDEA fitness. At Fit4, All our trainers are required to have an exercise related degree or a nationally recognize Personal Training certification approved by NCCA.
