- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have set pricing for all services and I do charge a travel fee of $20 if the customer needs me to travel to them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact is made and we go from there. we can either text or email about what the customer wants to achieve and what type of event they are attending. Emailing or texting insparation pictures and setting up a consultation or trial run.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Paul Mitchell The School Austin and I have been in this industry for 6 years now. I have taken styling classes with brands like Morrocan Oil and Amika. I have worked at blow dry bars before and I a proficient at styling.
