He was always positive and willing to do anything asked of him. He is reliable. He was there when the other contractors I chose (C&L?) showed up 3 hrs later and never called, plus there were 3 of them. Jesse did it himself very quickly and correctly and charged me $200 less than the other 3 guys were going to charge.
