Introduction: Hello my name is Luis and I have been a personal trainer/health coach for almost 12 years. I have worked extensively with all age groups, all body types, and all levels of fitness. I've helped many achieve their fitness/health goals including assisting a handful of clients lose over 100 lbs in safe and healthy manner. What sets me a part from most trainers is my willingness to work with each individual's strengths and weaknesses while being the source of information and guidance along the way. I am 100% committed to the client and the results will show.
I truly enjoy working with the public and helping others. I myself love to exercise and stay healthy and this is what I lenjoy to pass on to my clients. I know that not everyone is naturally excited about exercising, but this is where I come in and help provide a challenging yet fun training experience. I think most of my clients find me easy to work with because I am not a drill sergeant and I do not perform fad workouts or rely on gimmicks. I'm straight to the point and want all my clients to reach their goals while having fun and learning along the way.
