I understand by your two star review.
that our service was not excellent.
like I'm expecting it to be.
It would really help us to improve in the future if you will explain what The reason for the bed review.
From my understanding you asked us just install the part that you already bought and I have asked you if that's the only service that you need when you told me in did.
So I told you it will be $80.
Our Tech arrived on time did what you asked him to do and your appliance still didn't work so the tech made the extra mile without charging you for diagnostic the real problem. and built you an estimate for the repair with no charge.
And even more without my permission the tech give you $10 discount and charger only $70.
So either I missing some information that my tech didn't reveal and if so please send me a message on Private that I will be able to take care of that and make sure it will not repeat in the future.
Or the other option is that we really deserve 5 star review but you reviewed the all situation that you bought a part that was wrong and the appliance still not working.

iFix Appliance is always very prompt in responding and their availability to come and check out the problem and repair is great. I gave 3 stars due to the cost of labor. The fix on my refrigerator was fairly simple and the cost of the part was just under $70 but labor was $240 for about 1 1/2 hours of work! That was very steep to me and I feel that for that price, it should have included the refrigerator being put back in place and all drawers and shelves replaced after the repair was done. Instead, the refrigerator was left pulled out the first day Adam came to look at it and not pushed back toward the wall and we couldn't open our garage door without having to move it. When Adam returned with the part, again he did not put the refrigerator back in place and my son had to replace all the drawers and rearrange the shelving as it was put in incorrectly. Additionally, I did not get a final copy of the invoice/bill with the correct repair date for the warranty. I've used them before and have been very happy, this time i feel it was a little costly for the work done.
