- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEW OFFICE AND NEW CLIENT SPECIAL!!! My rates are as follows: •$60 per each 60 mins of bodywork (3 hours maximum). •No charge for outcall services within 25 miles of my office in Sacramento.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A discussion regarding their needs and how I can provide a service that suits them. When necessary I prefer to spend at least 10-minutes completing a variety of assessments and capturing health history data. For example I would be most interested in the following details as a start: desired outcomes, quality of pain, level of physical activity, work environment, posture, ranges of motion, any medications, recent or old surgery/accident. This is a complimentary service and does not subtract from "hands-on" time.

1350+ hours of bodywork and academic courses with specialty in neuromuscular massage.
