Introduction: I customize your training plan, sometimes I may need to modify on the "spot". There are times when clients don't feel well, joint or injuries acting up. This is when the creativity flows out of me. I call it "my gift". I don't let my clients cancel their sessions, but I encourage them to come and try, because it will make them feel better! I suffer with scoliosis and nerve damage, so I am mindful of the "BACK". Many of my clients have no pain or reduced daily pain because they are performing appropriate exercises for their condition. Studies show, 80% of adult Americans have back issues. My specialties are back & shoulder rehabilitation. I keep myself updated with knowledge & education on fitness and nutrition. It is important to teach and share what I have learned. I have clients that have trained with me over 4 years, and their knowledge still increases. You will never be bored with me! I am a former body builder & fitness competitor. I have earned some overall titles in natural body building events. I enjoy supporting my clients in their sporting events, such as; body building, power lifting, marathons, swimming, golf, etc. I offer food plans, and food prep. I share samples of my food. You are not on a diet, you are on a new plan. Food can be tasty! I also have certifications; personal training, corrective exercise specialist, sports performance, pregnancy & postpartum, and fitness nutrition. I am always going above and beyond for all my clients. You will become part of my FAMILY. I become part of the journey to a new life style. I love being around all different kinds of people. When somebody loses 5 pounds I think I'm more excited than they are. I love putting all my energy into my clients. It's the only job that I will wake up at 3 am for!! Fitness changed my life. Lisa has been my personal trainer for over 2 years. I am a marathon runner but the strength component was needed for better performance. I am very pleased with the results. Lisa also works around my challenging schedule which is something that I was not able to work out with other trainers. Thank you Lisa for superb coaching abilities!

Lisa is the BEST- She goes above and beyond to create workouts tailored to my needs and abilities. I have been going to her for several years now, and it is never boring. I am going on 60 and actually think I am more fit than I was at 25! Thanks Lisa!

Lisa helped me shape and tone up after I had gastric bypass surgery. I went from a size 22 to an 8 in approx 1 year without all the loose skin that most people have. Lisa takes the time to put together individual workout and meal plans and mixes it up so you don't plateau. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone who is serious about getting in shape!
