Pricing $75/ 50 minute session $60/ 50 minute session 3x’s per week $50/ 50 min session 3x’s per week/ month (includes meal/ supplement plan)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally meet with clients to get some background history on overall health and current level of fitness. We discuss the clients individual goals, go through an assessment (squat, push, pull), and from there I can come up with a personally tailored workout plan to help me clients achieve their goals.

NESTA/ ASFA Personal Training Certifications.
