AK is the MAN! I'm on my week 3 training and could see progress from just applying his knowledge and expertise. He's the perfect mix of tough and encouraging, & can help with anyone of all fitness levels. Not only he came up with amazing exercises. He thought me how to engage my core properly which I never thought would be SO USEFUL in everyday activities. No weights involved. Just your mind and body! :) It was a smart decision to hire him as my fitness coach because all I've been doing from the past years were just wasting my time knowing nothing and lifting incorrectly. It's good to know and master all of the basic fundamentals first. All of the workouts are so fun and engaging. Can't wait for more trainings! He is based in Sacramento, CA., but he frequents around the Bay Area on the weekends. Get him when you can!

AK is an exceptional trainer! Generally, most trainers in the market are driven by the money from their clients. However, when I trained with AK I noticed an immense difference. The guy is extremely caring for his clients but he also displays a high level of candor as well. I wish I could give him 10 stars but I am limited to 5. Definitely recommend his services!! -Isaac

Pricing $75/ 50 minute session $60/ 50 minute session 3x’s per week $50/ 50 min session 3x’s per week/ month (includes meal/ supplement plan)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally meet with clients to get some background history on overall health and current level of fitness. We discuss the clients individual goals, go through an assessment (squat, push, pull), and from there I can come up with a personally tailored workout plan to help me clients achieve their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NESTA/ ASFA Personal Training Certifications.
