- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
STEP 1 Once a request is submitted I will present a quote based on the details included. STEP 2 The customer responds and I will ask for further details if applicable. NOTE: This step is generally handled through the Thumbtack system for the sake of documentation for all parties. STEP 3 Appointment is scheduled. STEP 4 The morning of the appointment I will send a confirmation message via Thumbtack. STEP 5 - The Appointment **APPOINTMENT DETAILS** Inspect mechanics of piano (all keys, pedals, action, etc) Verify that was is requested is all that is need and/or make recommendations if anything is found during inspection. Perform service(s) Receive payment Schedule Next Appointment (6 months for regularly played piano or 12 months for others) STEP 6 Follow up within 24 hours to assure 100% Satisfaction and/or to schedule a service appointment if additional work is needed.
