My fee generally ranges between 300 - 500 dollars a month for my services depending on my clients needs. They tell me what they want and I get it done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, I will speak with people over the phone at first, then meet with them and discuss their home management needs and the service I offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in Real Estate Management for 23 years now. I have worked in direct coordination of contractors, vendors, and companies for my entire career. I have an elaborate background in psychology and motivational life coaching as well as public speaking which adds greatly to my effectiveness and proficiency as your elite home manager, director, and coordinator.
