I called when my computer would not turn off or on it was just stuck on a web page! One of the professional technicians was able with my full permission to get on to my computer remotely while I was on the phone with him! The problem was fixed and I was sent a bill via my email and could use my PayPal account to pay! I did not waste my gas or have to drive to the store in the cold weather! I love the fact that this company is so trust worthy and honest! I am a 65 year old woman who needs this kind of support to do my volunteer work from my home! Thank you!

South City Computer took care of my computer problems quicker and for less than was initially estimated. I traveled to their comfy beautifully rehabbed shop as they were super convenient for me a block off HW44. Nestor was very helpful and friendly and so was Joe. The giant mural on their building BTW is awesome you gotta see it! They are the best hands down. I got better care at South City Computer than at the box stores and I felt more comfortable going to an actual store than with some stranger coming into my house or me going to theirs like off craigslist or something. I recommend and tell people all the time now how great they are.

The service was excellent, prompt, and friendly. I brought in my broken computer keyboard and it was fixed quickly. South City computer called me when it was repaired and it the pickup process went super smooth.

It is even more unusual that someone would give us a bad review before trying to contact us on the telephone, which we answer nearly always!
