So I really hate writing a bad review, but at this point i wouldnt want any bride to go through what i did/am going through with this company. We first spoke to Eileen on 9/17/16 to get things going for my wedding on 1/7/17. We went over everything, she was super nice and very responsive in the beginning. She knew exactly what i had envisioned and wanted for my winter wonderland wedding. My whole theme was based on these trees that i wanted so desperately on my wedding day, Eileen insured me she was going to make it happen. We put down a $500 deposit and was eagerly waiting for our 1st mock up which was scheduled for 11/19/16. Eileen a few days before that date told me that she wasn't ready as she was waiting for something else for the mock-up (i was getting tall trees, tree centerpieces and beautiful light posts) and to reschedule for next week, which was fine, I wrote down in my calendar for next week Sunday. Then I get a text on Monday from Eileen saying we didn't show up yesterday for the mock-up and i was mortified because i wrote it down on my calendar 2wks out! I apologized profusely and felt horrible that i missed it! With so many appointments with everything else for the wedding it was my mistake (even though most people email, call or text a reminder for a very busy bride) none the less, it was my fault. Eileen said no worries and sent me pictures of some of the display's and rescheduled for the same week, Sunday 12/4 at 2pm. Since we are already close to the wedding she said she would need to order the rest of it to be here on time and to make sure we are there Sunday. Well Sunday comes, we arrived at 1pm, I texted her to say we are there waiting for our 2pm appt, and already in her building. No response from her, 2:30pm, still no Eileen or a text or call back.. 3pm still no Eileen or a text or call back.. 3:30pm, now we've called about 5 times and texted her, no response. We leave at 4pm from her office building to which we were right outside her door in the building, so we couldn't have missed her . I texted her to let her know we left, and if we need to reschedule or what's going on. Still now as im writing this, we have had no contact with Eileen or anyone from her staff, we called, left voicemails to her cell phone and business phone and emailed her, nothing!!! We are now less than 3wks from my wedding date, and I don't have any decorations for my wedding and scrambling to order things last minute right before the holidays! I am so upset because I took things out from the wedding to budget these decorations in (a little over 4k mind you!)that was my dream! I wanted those decorations so bad, and made other cuts to fit that in somewhat in budget. Now I have a total empty venue and everyone is trying to help me plan this last minute and I'm just sad, disappointed and I feel stuck with such little time. Why, how can someone to that and be so unprofessional when right there on their site they say a company you can trust! Trust to do what? Ruin your wedding? I hope this won't happen to anyone else and to be careful with booking them. I'm not sure how I can even get my deposit back now and glad I didn't pay more, what if on my actual wedding day they wouldn't even have showed up and i fully paid for everything? Shame on them how not even 1 person from their staff could return a call or email and not leave a bride last minute to scramble to figure something else out.
