FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. I typically say $150 for the service call if it's a small job. The large ones there's more variables so I take my time to ensure my customers get good prices and I don't get the shift. Lol
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm a people person. Love it. I'm a high energy guy who can relate to just about anyone on some level. I think communication is the biggest part of any project, that's why I sit down with the customer have a cup of coffee and answer all their questions, then I explain the process to them to where they understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Carpentry and Building Construction, graduated Sumatra Cum Laude from Ranken Technical College, but all my gen Ed's transfer to USA, So I'm enrolled in spring classes to get my bachelor's.
