I have had Mark Wilensky as my computer guru since he was 13 years old, and have kept him all the way through Washington University, where he was on campus representative for Apple. I have sent Mark to many of my clients as their computer guru, and have received back accolades about his work and his ability to communicate with them.
Mark is industrious, intelligent, sincere, and a man with very high integrity. He has a key to my office, and often works there on weekends when the office is closed. Though we house the financial records of over 400 clients, and financial correspondence from many financial institutions, Mark only does what we hire him to do, not invade any of our clients privacy, nor ours. I let him tread where I would not allow many lawyers to tread. He is a fine and competent young professional.
I would recommend Mark as an asset to any company or person who needs professional guidance in the IT areas.

My 2012 Non-Retina MacBook Pro that I use for graphic design was getting really slow. Mark found that my hard drive was dying and recommended an SSD and a ram upgrade. He clean-installed the newest OS, transferred all of my data back, and only charged me for his time. No markup on parts! He even picked it up and dropped it off to me the next day. 2 years later and my 2012 MacBook Pro is still humming along perfectly and occasionally outperforms some of my friends' 2013 and 2014 Retina MacBook Pros at Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign tasks!

Mark has tackled a number of computer, printer, and phone realated problems for me over the past 8 years. He has always solved the problems and lent good advice on things to better improve things in my business and personal worlds. I would recommend him to anyone with digital needs. He really knows his stuff!

Mark arrived right on time and was very efficient in diagnosing my problem. I was unable to get my printer working properly and he was able to resolve the issue very quickly. He also showed me what to do, in case this happens again!
Mark is a superb technician, and I would certainly recommend him to anyone needing help with a home computer!
