Introduction: As a health & fitness enthusiast, my mission is to encourage & inspire people to maintain their fitness goals by placing an emphasis on keeping the heart healthy as opposed to focusing only on weight-loss. I educate my clients about the importance of integrating the mind, body, & spirit for optimal health, while providing them with simple strategies. I offer Cardio Boxing, Kangoo Jumps, HIIT and Boot Camp classes just to name a few. I create routines that are low impact (easy on the joints) and high intensity that will boost metabolism. I offer meal plans and have weekly weigh-ins. I am a stern instructor who motivates without yelling. I also take a holistic approach when it comes to health. I believe a healthy body plus a healthy mind equals a healthy life.
