- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only work with people in packages. I bundle my sessions together with some other bonuses and that is how I work. I won't work in single sessions, or even a small block of sessions for this reason: that is NOT how transformation on a deep and lasting level works. Lasting and permanent transformation is a process and it takes time, especially those new to coaching. There are no quick fixes and for claims that are, should be researched thoroughly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start off with a Jump Start Session, which is 90 minutes long. This gives me and the new client plenty of time to really develop a connection and hone in on the goals they have. I give them pre program start homework to do to get them going and feeling really grounded in the work we are engaging in to help them achieve their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Hatha Yoga teacher, with 200 hours of training and education. I am a certified Health Coach, with a year of training in coaching, dietary theory and bio-individuality(How no one diet is great for everyone) I am a certified Massage, Shiatsu and Thai Therapist, with over 1400 hours of training in massage, bodywork, anatomy, physiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine and pathology.
