I have been attending yoga classes with Marnie for a short period of time. At the outset, I wanted to explore yoga linked with meditation. I also specified that I could not stand without padding for my feet. And I also shared that I was doing pelvic floor exercises to address a problem with frequent urination. Marnie picked up on each of these issues and suggested we work on my feet together and that I consider an upcoming class on strengthening the pelvic floor. I have followed through on Marnie's suggestions and have been very pleased with the outcomes. Marnie combines knowledge and skill with sincere caring. She is very good at what she does! JSR

Marnie has been a godsend. As a middle aged man, I was apprehensive about starting yoga. However, I started going to her because of a sore hip. She was able to focus the yoga on my needs, which allowed me to keep my leg strong. I then had hip replacement surgery and was back to her within a week to help with recovery! With her guidance, yoga is now part of my daily life. She is supportive and very knowledgeable. Marnie is the best!

Marnie is amazing. Her physical therapy background is a real plus, I think. I really enjoy working with her and she's been a fabulous person from whom to learn and practice yoga. I also did some private sessions with her after injuring my back and she worked wonders! Can't say enough positive things.

As one who is new to Yoga - and light years beyond being able to manage more traditional or challenging Yoga postures - I found Marnie's Soma Yoga class to be the perfect fit! I always leave class feeling so much better than I did when I came in, and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a gentle, focused practice.

RiverStones Wellness has allowed me to stretch … literally and figuratively. As a 61-year-old relatively fit guy, I know I need to address the tightness that develops from my work — leaning over a laptop all day — from my exercise — running, stair-mastering, and cycling — and the daily grind of carrying briefcases on shoulders and chasing my uncatchable dog. Marnie Myhre understands the limits and potential of all of us, especially those of us who are working hard to age gracefully and absent of pain. I recommend highly Marnie, her approach to wellness, and RiverStones Wellness. Jay Weiner, Saint Paul, MN
