Leonardo was right on time and came out on a Sunday to take care of our issue. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond. His rates were very reasonable and he took care of everything that we needed to take care of. I plan on using him for some IT at my work as well.

I wanted a gaming PC, but don't know anything about what are the best pieces to buy or how to put them together. He helped me from getting the case to buying the video card, motherboard, cooler, monitor and everything else. I just told him my budget, he looked online, found the pieces that would fit with what I wanted/budget and I bought them. Then when I received them in the mail, we built the PC together while he explained to me how everything works. I'm honestly super happy with my PC, I've had no issues with it. It never overheats, never freezes and runs everything I've put it through. He's very knowledgeable so I always go to him whenever I have questions about my electronics.

I have an Associates degree in Informatics and Bachelors degree in Information Technology.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always helped my friends, family and customers with their computer related issues. I've done anything from putting together computers from scratch to troubleshooting difficult problems with hardware and software.
