FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge 60.00/hr. or we can give you a quote after looking at the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to find out where they are in the process of the project. They might be in an initial stage with just idea's. Jim and Andria, one of my reviews, had every thing done, kitchen plans from Home Depot were finished and the cabinets were being delivered in a week. They had every thing ready to go. If the customer is in the initial stage or a more advanced one, I am happy to walk them through the completed project ,including assisting with plans and permits if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on. I learned basic maintenance at my family's motel. When I started remodeling houses I hired contractors to help me with projects I didn't know how to do. I worked with them and learned how they did it to code. Then I met Leonard, he was a naval architect and had a fleet of 120' steel fishing boats. He knew everything, structural, plumbing, electrical and so much more. I was so lucky to have him as a mentor.
