I try to price jobs by taking into consideration the amount of time they'll take, travel expenses, and necessary materials needed to complete the tasks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with customers, and see the jobs in person. This allows me to provide a more in depth estimate for the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20+ years in the construction and property maintenance fields.
