Introduction: I am a Health & Fitness professional and have trained individuals ranging from retired Marine Drill Instructors to children. I have trained throughout most of my life, always helping my colleagues and co-workers when asked for tips and advice. I discovered my passion for training in 2011 during my enlistment in the military and have recently decided to pursue what I love - helping others by training full time.
