- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We typically charge an hourly rate for smaller projects with a two hour minimum. We prefer for larger jobs to go and see the project on site and give a better estimate of cost and time. Our goal is to provide great workmanship and quality service at a price that is reasonable for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to connect with a new customer by reaching out with an introduction phone call to create a report. We suggest to the customer that they check us out on Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and our website to gather more information about our company. After the initial phone call, we offer for us to visit the project location to give the customer a better idea of how much the project will cost, the time involved and the overall scope of how the project will be done. We value a customer's input when it come to their project and we will listen and work with the customer. Customer service and satisfaction is what keeps us in business and repeat customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
