I tried to book Salem Affordable Movers a month in advance to help me move to a new apartment. No one ever answered when I called, so I only communicated via email to Pavel and Paul. They said they were free the day I chose and gave me a price breakdown. However, when I asked for a confirmation and tried to ask some more questions, my calls and emails went unanswered in the 2 weeks leading up to my move, and their voicemail is full so you couldn't leave a message. Never thought I'd be ghosted by a moving company. No one showed up the day I had scheduled, and I had to book a different company at the last minute for a different day. This cost me more time off from work and fees from my leasing office for staying longer than expected in my current unit. You have lost my business!

We moved from a two story house in Keizer, to a two story in West Salem. They showed up on time, and ready to work. They were careful with our stuff, and brought all the necessary equipment to handle larger pieces of furniture and several of our glass desk tops and shelving. All things arrived undamaged, and were off loaded quickly and efficiently. Pashu and Brandon worked hard, and fast, and were easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them for your next move, both the company, and theses two guys in particular. It took about 5 hours for them to move us, including the transportation time. If we move again, they will be the first company we call, and hopefully Pashu and Brandon are still available! Thanks guys!
