Introduction: Hoopes Events was founded on the notion that a wedding celebration is one of life’s most fundamental and fleeting opportunities for personal self-expression. So it makes perfect sense that we approach every event by being approachable. That means we first try to get to know the wedding couple and listen to their personal vision for their special day. Then we help transform that vision into splendid reality through collaboration, creativity and a practiced eye gained through years of experience in planning, design, and décor. Our team of designers and planners are experts at capturing the essence of a client’s vision and ideas, and transforming them into authentic designs and fabulous details. Here’s a quick look at how it works: Step 1: Initial Consultation: Each prospective client receives a free consult with one of our planners or designers. During these consultations, we work to determine the look and feel of your event, planning and/or decorating ideas, along with other details that will make your event unique, and still work within your budget. Step 2: Quote and Contract: Following our consultation, your designer will email a price estimate and contract for our services. Your designer will be available via email and/or phone to answer any questions, make any changes, or make suggestions. If you choose to work with us, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Step 3: 8-week event planning timeline: From eight weeks out until the big day, we work with you to create a timeline for your event. Depending on where we start in relation to the event, we put a series of events in motion that ensure everything will be in perfect order on Day 0. We go above and beyond to offer competitive pricing and an overall amazing experience for our clients. We excel in taking care of our customers and making any event occasion a special one. From design, decor, catering, and implementation, we have decades of experience and talent to bring any event to life. I have been in the corporate events and marketing industry for over 20 years. I have a passion for taking a concept and managing it from beginning to end to bring an event to life with that special touch. From corporate sales events and recognition programs, summer and holiday company parties, to weddings and receptions. I bring a wealth of experience and professionalism to any event task. I will create, manage and plan the entire event and I love seeing the final result and happy clients.

Hoopes Events is amazing, especially Carrie. She is so easy to work with and really captured my vision and what I wanted, and still create my dream event and keep it within my budget. She is seriously a miracle worker! I highly recommend Hoopes for all your coordination needs! & if she's available, I'd ask for Carrie!

Hoopes has been great to work with. They have made the entire experience enjoyable and have removed the stress of decorating for a wedding reception. They have been thorough in trying to understand our wants and needs and then providing suggestions to ensure our happiness, while staying within a budget. I never felt rushed and they were willing to take the time necessary to give us the best experience possible. They have been quick to respond and have answered every question with complete satisfaction. I have appreciated their professionalism and have been excellent to work with. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future.

Hoopes has truly made planning my wedding a breeze. They have made me feel comfortable with my budget, and still help me find and deliver something that I love!! Carrie was awesome! She did a great job in helping my fiance's vision of our wedding reception come to life. She was able to answer any questions we had concerning decorations and other materials for the event. The best part is that they have high quality items for great prices! I am so excited for our reception and know it will be beautiful thanks to Hoopes Events!
