- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on many different aspects such as occasion, square footage, the amount of deep and surface cleaning, furniture, types of flooring, beds and linens etc. I always offer a free, no obligation consultation to any client inquiring about my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with them to find out exactly what they want. If it is a standing relationship, we set of a schedule and I learn things they like. (Smells, particular cleaner etc) If it's for a listing or special event I make suggestions and leave them with a checklist. I arrange a time to come back just before the special occasion. My payment plan is simple. Because I book out so quickly I request a 25% deposit at scheduling and the reminder at time of service. I offer a white glove guarantee.

Raising children in a home with a very picky father! ;)
