- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 diagnostic fee per piece of equipment. $60 for diagnosis for any additional equipment during same visit. Covers first half hour labor per diagnosis. $70 per hour after that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep a high level of communication to ensure accurate customer service. Most items needed by customers are different from one location to the next in so many ways so most of my quotes will be for $75 to show up or diagnose an issue which covers the first half hour and then $70 per hour after due to unknown factors that can’t be assessed until onsite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years in technical background on several different hot and cold side kitchen equipment. Certified in several common commercial brands and experience working on so many other brands of residential and commercial equipment. HVAC Electrical Refrigeration and plumbing also a specialty
