- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Transparency has always been the priority when it comes to pricing. Nobody likes to find out about additional fees AFTER the move. So we’ve broke it down. Rates&Fee: HOURLY: (Includes: 26ft Truck, Labor, and equipment.) 2 Movers- $100.00 3 Movers- $150.00 4 Movers- $200.00 *Hourly is adjusting for any additional movers needed for a project! MINIMUM: We have a 2 hr minimum on ALL moves. Big or small. After which we charge by 30 minute increments. FEES: -We charge separately for any items over 300Ibs. -Standard Flat Gas Fee. -Drive Time Fee (If pick up location is over 40 minutes from our office.) DELIVERIES: - we can give you a custom flat rate quote on 1-2 piece deliveries! (Including: Gas, Truck,Labor, and equipment.) *Estimates are not a set price. And is subject to change upon circumstances encountered on moving day. *
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is quite simple! All we need to confirm is the following: -Contact Information -Pick Up Address -Drop Off Address -Heaviest Items -Number of Boxes -Est number of Furniture pieces -Garage or Shed items -Condo, townhome, home, or business? Once we’ve acquired the following information we’ll send you a confirmation via Thumbtack, text, or email. Then we’ll schedule a date and time!
