- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients we go over Health History and a Fitness & Movement Assessment. Once we gather the information from the assessments we can develop a program based on the client's goals. I use a progressive approach to programming and I make sure that we master a movement before moving to the next level of progression.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE -I have Qualifications in the TRX Suspension Trainer and the TRX Rip Trainer -I have 2 years of experience leading outdoor group fitness classes
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in fitness through sports. When I discovered that I had the ability to motivate and inspire others to live a happier and healthier life through physical fitness, I obtained my personal training certification.
