Utilizing myoskeletal alignment techniques (MAT) along with personal training, the body "re-learns" correct movement patterns. Developing accurate motor skills along with balance and strength, results in better quality of life with pain free movement. This approach is preferred for clients looking for long term relief without the use of medication.

Clinton came to my house, explained his experience and what he was going to do based on my symptoms and massaged my neck and back for 90 minutes. His knowledge and technique was excellent and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. All of this for a very competitive price. Today, the day after, I feel so much better. Extremely professional, Clinton arrived on time as scheduled. Clinton provided a detail explanation of the work he would do. His pre massage interview included questions directed at my needs and medical history. One of the best sessions I have received to release muscle tightness and over all soreness.
