- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes and no. We do have a general starting price, but from there the variables are ranging. These can include anywhere from just a set hourly rate to the company for security services at your business, or may include in the cost any per diem, travel expenses, vehicle expenses, etc. dependent on what is used; or where we are going in the world.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will usually conduct an investigation into who you are and your business. After, we will sit down together to discuss your individual needs. Whether it is services for your company, event, domestic or foreign interests, or even protective details, we can provide a risk assessment (normally a separate charge unless you sign a contract for services) to figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are. We will then give you a range of options and services tailored to your needs, along with pricing. Once we are in agreement, a contract will be signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We each have a wide array of training ranging from military, law enforcement, security, DoD, DHS, FEMA, and others. Information is provided on our website. Resumes given upon request and a request for services, or contract signing.
