- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally it starts with information gathering to determine the problem, followed by coming up with a plan of action and then getting approval for it and executing the plan without losing data and while minimizing down time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a tech firm doing desktop support, server maintenance, phone systems, email migrations and other technical work as needed for the last 6 years. I have also gotten my A+ and Security+ Certifications from Comptia and a Batchelor's in Information Systems from A&M San Antonio.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was the guy at work who could tinker with the "computer stuff" and figure it out. Eventually I got pretty good at it and went back to school for IT and switched careers.
