- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial diagnostic fee is $49 for one appliance. If customer decides to continue the repair the diagnostic fee will be waived.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask the customer a few questions about the appliance to find out exactly what the issue is. After diagnosing and finding the problem, I explain what went wrong and how I plan to fix it. Once the unit is working properly I go over the repairs and offer some tips on the proper operation and maintenance of the machine.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a EPA CERTICIFICATION and am registered as a Certified A/C & Refrigeration technician with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation. However I special in Home appliances. I have been working for Manufacture Certified company for the past 4 years. I have received extensive training from many manufactures including Samsung, LG, GE, Whirlpool.
