- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I shadowed/learned under my uncle Mike Brungardt(San Antonio Spurs Strength & Conditioning Coach from 2004-2014) in many seminars and lectures. He has helped expand my knowledge in the fitness world.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up watching my uncle help athletes and non athletes achieve fitness goals and achieve certain feats. Being able to witness the success he had with his clients really motivated me to want to chase that. I took my knowledge to work and I myself lost 105 lbs. in 7 months and over 170 + lbs. total. My mission since then is to pass my knowledge on and help athletes and non athletes achieve their goals.
