- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In an effort to be cost effective and affordable, I've priced my service based on the quality of the photos I produce, so you are not constrained by time or hourly rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once booking is set and contact information is exchanged, I like to text or email the customer reminders about the upcoming appointment and encourage the customer to provide any examples they've found that they like to get a sense of their style. For outdoor portraits, examples from the client help me to determine similar locations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always had a passion for photography. It wasn't until about a year ago that I finally decided to give it a try. I purchased my first camera and gave it a shot (literally). I'm an Occupational Therapist by trade, but photography is my newfound joy.
