I absolutely adore Annie! Over the past few years I've been lucky to take a full spectrum of yoga with her, from prenantal to gentle to flow. Her chiropractor, doula, and yoga teacher background make her an exceptionally qualified and effective healer. She carries a wealth of knowledge and loves to share. I've taken prenatal yoga with her throughout my pregnancy and credit her class with making my sciatic aches and pains disappear.

I love getting to know my customers and customizing their experience based on their past experiences and future goals.

I am an ERYT-200 certified yoga instructor as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic. I have additional training in prenatal yoga, prenatal chiropractic, as a birth doula, and as a Plant-Based Physician.
