Introduction: Any trainer can make you tired. I am not about that. I deliver effective workouts and ensure my clients use proper form to avoid injuries and to utilize all the right muscle fibers to help them get the most out of each movement/rep. I create tailored programs to fit individual needs and will enhance your health and fitness levels. Over the course of years, many studies have been done on different types of training. Metabolic Strength Training has found to be one of the most effective at burning up calories while building lean muscle mass and gaining strength. If you are a beginner, we will work our way up to this level of training. If you're already an avid exerciser and ready for a challenge, you will be thrilled with the results this type of training will do for you! Mind you, it is not for everyone and I don't just throw people into this type of a workout. Your workouts during your time with me will be individualized for your needs. You will leave feeling accomplished, worked, and amazing! You will gain strength, endurance, and lean muscle. I also have programs for those who suffer from injuries and pain. I teach those clients corrective exercises to help with mobility, to create stability and to gain strength. Individual, partner and small-group (up to six people) sessions are available. I have progressions and regressions for everyone, so if you are in a group and have difficulty with certain exercises - or you need more of a challenge for a particular exercise - I have got a modification for your needs. Don't worry, I got you! Working out doesn't have to be a chore and something you dread. I make the sessions challenging, yet enjoyable. Ready to get started?! It is so heart warming when i hear life changing events ocurring because of the training i do with my clients. For instance, I heard from a mom who had chronic back pain for years. She told me that after just a few months of working with me, she, for the first time in years, was able to play with her two sons at the park instead of sitting and watching because she was in so much pain. Not only did the quality of her life improve, but also her children's lives were enhanced. How awesome is that? Another client suffered from lower back pain and experienced interrupted sleep for 2 years. After working with me for just a few weeks, she was able to sleep through the night and continued to do so. News like this is why I do what I do. I love helping people. People report how much more energy they have and how they can do things they were formerly not able to do. It's my reward.

Milan is amazing. More than amazing. She's actually Wonder Woman and will make you get the most out of every minute you're with her. She is a fantastic trainer that helped get from 0 to 60 over the course of a summer when I wanted to go back to school in better shape. She not only tailored our workouts to fit exactly what I wanted to improve while not being out of my depth, but also provided me with any information or readings that I asked for about things like diet and rest. She's fun, she's caring, she's human, and she's a BADASS. I'm on my school's rowing team now, and doing great. I honestly miss her workouts and will definitely be coming back whenever I come back home! For real, do yourself a favor and schedule a meeting with Milan.

I have worked out with Milan several times and every time was a great experience. She is very knowledgable in all aspects of fitness. Prior to our workouts I told her my goals and expectations for myself and she tailored a workout exactly for my needs. During our time together she ensured I completed all my workouts properly with perfect form to avoid injury. Milan's knowledge of supplements was a huge help for, she explained the various types of protein and amino acids. She explained what their benefits are and when they should be taken for the best results. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received from Milan and I will definitely be back for more workouts. She really prepared me to complete my first ever triathlon this year.

Hi Milan, It's my pleasure to write this review for you. Keep up the good work and Good luck with your business!!! MILAN is AMAZING!!! She’s very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Most importantly, Milan is a great motivator because she genuinely loves what she does and truly cares about her clients. I always wanted to do strength workout but felt intimidated and uncomfortable at the gym. My friend recommended Milan and I have been training with her twice a week over a year now. I felt stronger, healthier and energized to keep up with my hectic work and family schedules. Training with Milan has been fun and challenged but not impossibly hard. I loved that Milan keeps pushing my limits while respecting my capabilities. Milan tailored the workout to fit my abilities and goals. She introduced new routines frequently to keep the workout interesting and effective. She watched my moves closely to make sure I had proper forms and did not injured myself. I love training in her home gym that has a private outdoor setting and very well equipped. Milan also has great knowledge about healthy eating. She constantly inspires me to eat better and stay active. She is also fun to talk with each week! I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I really enjoy training with MILAN. From cardio bunny to fit girl... I cannot thank Milan enough! What a major difference not only physically but mentally as well. Ive been able to hit the gym on my own and lift weights and about every 2 months or so ill meet up w her and she always shows me something new. Awesome trainer who is always looking for something new to teach and will definitely seek out a routine and type of exercise that is suitable for you and your body.
