- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies depending on what our client chooses. We are also happy to provide custom quotes based on the specific needs of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we receive an inquiry, we typically suggest a consultation where we can discuss our client's vision and the amount of coverage needed. This is also a great opportunity to see if we'd be a good match. Otherwise, we will go over the details via phone or e-mail. After the Agreement has been signed and the retainer has been paid, the date is reserved on our calendar. We work with the bride/groom or their designated main point of contact to create a timeline of our coverage. Finished videos are delivered via a file-sharing website within 90-120 days.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We got married and took a leap of faith by quitting our day jobs to be able to work together filming other people's love stories. :)
