- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have my standard pricing for the per hour lesson, whether beginning or intermediate, as well as the flat rate material fee. (This can be slightly waived if you have your own materials to start with)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, depending on their skill level, I will start off with the basic techniques regarding the type of paint, different brush strokes, and color mixing consistency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My mother painted whenever she had a free moment, so I know I picked up quite a few things from her and my art minor from college, but I am practicing my skills weekly when teaching at Michael's.
