Rick designed our network and computer system about eight years ago. He has kept the system updated and has been expert at installing new software. He has been very patient in training our people to perform new soft ware tasks. We have tried other geek computer people along the way and we have had disappointing results. Rick is polite and he listens to our requests and concerns. Rick speaks in plain English so that we non technical customers easily understand his solutions. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat $80 fee for the consultation. If we are unable to assist with your issue, we will waive that fee. The $80 will be credited toward any service that you choose. We also have great monthly and yearly maintenance options that will save your business significant money and provide you with increased, proactive protection.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determining a customer's needs is the most important part of our work. We want to make sure you feel understood. Once we have an idea of your exact needs, we will provide you with several options. If we are unable to help you, we will refund our consulting fee. Our focus is on creating long-term relationships.
