- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat $80 fee for the consultation. If we are unable to assist with your issue, we will waive that fee. The $80 will be credited toward any service that you choose. We also have great monthly and yearly maintenance options that will save your business significant money and provide you with increased, proactive protection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Determining a customer's needs is the most important part of our work. We want to make sure you feel understood. Once we have an idea of your exact needs, we will provide you with several options. If we are unable to help you, we will refund our consulting fee. Our focus is on creating long-term relationships.
