It depends on how much I have to drive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First must check the confidence in the water and the skills he customer already has. Depending on the age, we could start by simply playing a little bit with the water, or we could move to some underwater movements to help the customer obtain a better feeling of the water and swimming.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CPR and water safety certified
