Introduction: I am a personal trainer who graduated from UNM with a Batchelors in Exercise Science. During my time I interned for over 500hrs in Physical Therapy clinics while losing weight and getting in shape myself. Been a personal trainer for a year, while changing my life styles and losing 80lbs and continuing to drop. I will push you to give your absolute best to achieve your goal. Supporting while I train, is the best way I found to have someone give their absolute best. Days of the Week or hours of the day don't matter to me. if you're wanting to train we will train our hardest. I love helping people change their lives, I believe the best way to help someone is to teach them how to better themselves without my help. I live by a motto, "Go Big or Go Home" give it your all or nothing at all. I give my best to everyone every session. I do what I do to give the help and advice that I wish I had when I was in sports. Little tricks and tips that could help someone go from good to great one day.

Lyle (The Cannon) is an excellent trainer. He's knowledgable, caring/involved and will get you the results you are looking for. If you can't handle someone pushing you to the best of your ability, look elsewhere. The best thing about The Cannon is how diverse his training sessions are. Whether you want to lose a few pounds, or are an active athlete, he has something to make you better each and every training session. Do yourself a favor and put Coach Cannon in today. Nuff said! 💪🏽

He provided a very in depth workout for me, with specific exercise, days, and duration. The workout was tough, but achievable. Lyle was able to determine my workout based on me giving him basic descriptions of what kind of results I wanted, as well ask my previous workouts that left little to no results. I loved how he went back to the basics and increased the intensify for each exercise.

Not only taught me new things about my body and correct for but was able to identify where exactly I needed to focus. After my first session I felt like I had one of the most intense workouts of my life but had fun at the same time because we weren't doing the traditional exercised that can become repetitive and boring. Would definitely recommend his services!

Lyle was a wonderful influence on my life, he challenged me to be my best and didn't accept anything less. The way he simplified all the workouts so that it was easy to understand and warned me about my my soreness areas before it happened. The techniques he used to reduced soreness was a life saver. Highly recommend him, he's the best!
