I did not use this vendor so I cannot describe the work done as being good or bad, however the vendor missed the appointment as he said he was double booked at the same time. He did not inform me that he was not going to make the appointment even though thumbtack had a confirmed appointment. I had to call him after waiting for a while. The price was much higher and not competitive and the quote was done via a sms text message. The vendor was not sure if he could get the materials needed to build a Vinyl fence. Since Thumbtack shows that I hired this vendor, other vendors are not providing quotes. It appears that I am the first customer for this vendor, but this is not true as I did not hire this vendor. It is possible that this vendor specializes in pavers and not fences. I am not an upset customer, but I do want to share my experience. Other vendors on Thumbtack are much more professional.

It is unfortunate to hear that you were dissatisfied with our company. However, I do believe that you have me mistaken for another contractor. We were notified that you had hired us before a quote was given to you. We were on time for our appointment and we spoke thru phone as I was inspecting the area you told me what you wanted done. Yes, we sent your quote via text message at your request. The quote that was given was as competitive as possible. Everything that needs to be done and in the quality of work we do adds up to the total price you were quoted. Best of luck with your current workers.
