    I had made a special request for them to move something very large and very heavy and they jumped right on it without a second thought. These guys were outstanding. Everything made it over without incident. I highly recommend them.

    Great move, good guys, fast and helpful. They didn't damage or lose any of our stuff and were willing to take direction with where we wanted things to go in the new place. They even re-positioned a couple of giant desks for us that we erred on when we first asked the movers to place them. (Sorry Winston, but thanks for being a champ and not getting upset with our indecision!) Winston, Miles, and Junior helped us. Would use them again for sure. Thanks again. Forgot to mention: Darren's (the owner) response time to my inquiry and to set up the move were lightning fast, and his pricing is competitive. Licensed & insured so you don't have to worry about that; he provides you the documentation when you book the move. Also he worked us in with less than a week's notice which was amazing.

      Our pricing is pretty standard compared to other movers, but it does fluctuate a bit depending on the season and time of the month. We offer specials for weekday or middle of the month moves.
    • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
      Typically a new client will reach out to us for a quote. We gather as much information as possible and then customize a free quote over the phone or via email. The client understands the estimated cost, and will proceed to reserve their moving date with a deposit. Once the deposit is paid, the move is scheduled, and a confirmation email is sent to the client.
    • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
      The owners of San Diego Moving Company have a combined thirty five years of experience in customer service and management. We continue to learn how to better serve our clients and train our team accordingly.
