- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending from 30 minutes. The more sessions purchased at once the bigger discount you will receive (and more importantly bigger results). We can find a package to suit your goals and budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for a fitness assessment and discuss goals. I assess your form, posture and any injuries. Then we start a whole new amazing journey!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for the past 4 years. In that time I have helped people relieve pain in their body and become stronger in their functional movement. I love my job!! I worked with people of all ages, my youngest client is 19years old and my most mature and wise is 72. I worked in a gym when I moved here to San Diego about 2 years ago. Since then I have set up my own fitness business "StaplesFitness" and have never looked back. I like to create a sense of community with my Fit-Fam and indulge in the fact that we are all on completely different paths but here to be a better version of ourselves!
