FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are dependent on how often you train and how long each session is. I offer a wide range of options to make sure they fit your budget, schedule, and goals. I believe that a personal trainer should be accessible to as many people as possible, and cost shouldn't be the thing that prevents you from accomplishing your goals. When we meet, I will share with you all of the options that are available to you so you can make an informed decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each new potential client, I offer a free, no-obligation training session. I want each person I meet with to feel comfortable with me, my training style and my facility. During our first meeting, we will: - Discuss your previous exercise and nutritional habits - Discuss your goals and set a plan in place - Go through a training session - Explore all of the purchase options available to you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) - Certified Personal Trainer NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist
