Sam A. Was not a client of mine. She was inquiring. She was new to the platform and marked me hired. I declined to work for her only because I wasn’t going to be in the area the days she needs I’m in San Diego and she’s in Mission Viejo. But, wasn’t able to respond as quickly as she would have liked as I was on another job being fully attentive to my clients needs. She misinterpreted the scope, wanted to reduce my quote and the expectation of response time would have taken from a paying client I was already on site with. We did not work together and she was able leave leave a review, as this review sits while I work to have it removed I wanted to be clear of that. I wish her the best and am a bit confused about the process of reviewing based solely on communications. As a pro, I am charged to communicate with clients and I wish this would have led to a good working relationship rather than a 3 Star situation that wasn’t one at all.

She comes off as a great packer, but we had to redo 4 boxes into 2 as she did a lousy job.
We unpacked some of her work yesterday and she had put bleach and chemicals just lying on top of pots and pans.
Took my wife 4 hours to clean up that mess.
Would NEVER recommend her to anyone.
