In a sea of overwhelming info about health and diets, Jenna Pacelli is the calming voice that helped me find what was right for my body. From my sugar addiction, to dairy allergy, skin issues, and stress, Jenna opened my eyes to the habits I had that were affecting my body and not allowing it to heal and move forward to my goals. The things she taught me ranged from how to make better choices in shopping, cooking, snacking, relationships, work, and calming activities. Every change felt natural and easy, however, because I was moving from following fads to following my intuition. And I felt so good which motivated me to want to do more! She supported and guided me the entire time we worked together and I still find motivation and inspiration through her newsletters and website. She also always makes herself available whenever I need an emergency tune-up. Jenna's knowledge of nutrition and the body is amazing, yet she is not intimidating and is very compassionate with my concerns and needs. I feel like having a life/nutritional coach these days is almost a must-have because the internet and "age of information" provides information overload. I find it very hard to know who to trust. Just to preface, I have been working with Jenna 1:1 for a long, long time. Quite simply, I believe that her practice of yoga, essential oils and healthy habits are an experience unlike anything I've seen. Her programs provide a foundation for sustainable healthy living. As a person, Jenna is a ball of positive energy! She is hard working in her craft and always looking for new and unique ways to reach her clients to provide them with a personalized experience. The other day I was having a tough day, but the second I walk into a room with Jenna, her positive energy radiates and I find myself laughing a few minutes later! I worked with Jenna 1:1, specifically through her emotional resiliency training, and I have to say it was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. She is insightful, kind, and gifted in the art of healing. I could write a book on what she has done for me, but I felt compelled to take this time to highlight the biggest reason why she made the experience so unique and wonderful. Jenna has mastered the seemingly lost art of active listening. Passive listening is when people listen to you in order to respond with comments of their own. They are waiting for you to stop talking so they can chime in with what they have to say. It becomes more about them than the content of the speaker. This seems almost universal at this point when speaking to people. We all have grown to accept the feeling associated with talking to people who are using passive listening as normal. Active listening is truly digesting the information someone is presenting to you, not thinking of your response during their time talking, and formulating a genuine response only after it has truly sunk in. I can not do justice in words alone to express the pleasure and healing that comes from talking to Jenna. It is like breathing clean air for the first time and wondering why breathing isn't always this way! Why can't conversation always be this wonderful? My conversations with her leave me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated because I can feel she is a human being that is actually listening to me in the way we are supposed to listen to someone! It seems like such a simple thing but you really have to experience it to understand how extraordinary it is. Talking to someone who is engaged in active listening releases a tremendous amount of stress and you feel loved by just expressing yourself. In this digital age, we are increasingly living in a disconnected society. We have "friends" but we don't have friends. People "listen" to us but they don't really listen. Yes, Jenna has the schooling, experience, and tools to make a difference in your life. More than anything though, she'll make you feel human again. Her ability to connect and understand you is the most remarkable thing I have seen a very long time. I would recommend her to anyone remotely feeling out of line with themselves. In fact, I would recommend her to anyone period. It would be a benefit to anyone at any stage of their life to have her guiding presence.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will spend an hour discussing your goals, dreams and desires, how you might be getting in your own way and options for growth and change. You will leave our first session with a few easily integrated action steps or reflection pieces if we are coaching together. If we are doing private yoga, I will give you a sequence to practice in the days between our sessions after assessing your body, energy and goals.
