Jack is absolutely amazing!!! He was super communicative and responsive when we first started talking and continues to be very reliable.
We set up a meet&greet and he made sure Haru would be a good fit for the other dogs. He took Haru on trial runs for multiple days until he was absolutely certain all the dogs in the pack would get along, which showed us how thoughtful he is about the pack. He was very honest with us and told us he had lots to work on.
We saw immediate and vast improvements with Haru, we were shocked at the short amount of time Jack was able to train him. He has made Haru a great dog to walk :)
He also takes amazing pictures of the dogs and provides updates through Facebook and even text. Super transparent, communicative and awesome in general. We are so thankful for him and all that he does for us!!

5 stars! Jack is amazing with our dog Winnie - he is fun, engaged, and kind. We know Winnie is in great hands while we are gone all day, which is a huge relief. She always comes home happy and tuckered out from a long afternoon of playing with friends. And Jack is super responsive via text, phone, or email, as well as amenable to last minute schedule changes I have. We trust Jack 100%!

Jack is an awesome walker and our dog absolutely loves her time with him! Our dog comes home happy and tired and is always excited for her next walk. Jack is consistently in contact and sends lots of great pictures from the walks. We've also used Jack for boarding and trust him to take great care of our fur baby while we're out of town. We couldn't be happier and neither could our pup!

Jack is awesome and, most importantly, my dog Abbey Road LOVES him and his pack. What's surprised me is just how much more confidence she has after spending time with Jack & Uggz.
The other thing I appreciate is that Jack posts pictures of Abbey and the other pups regularly -- so I see how happy she is!
