Introduction: I work with women struggling to love themselves...through movement, weight lifting, stretching, power, dance, and silliness, I help them end the war on their flesh. They begin to start a revolution to stop hating their bodies. My yoga practice changed the choreography of my belief systems, and the way I lived. Through yoga and strength training, I finally slow danced with myself and fell in love with my own body…day after day after day. In sickness and in health. I want to meet you, the exotic, imperfect, authentic you...because I am in awe of that courageous and flawed woman. She is powerful. Her mere existence, is purposeful. While most are seeking money, I’m in search of meaning. I want every woman who crosses my path to know that she has value. She has nothing to prove. She is exactly who she should be, today, beautifully. She is not just a "body," she is SOMEbody.

I had an awesome experience working with Chelsea! She was my personal trainer for about 6 months and I was incredibly happy with the transformation I saw in my body during that time. She really listened to what my goals were and helped me achieve them through training sessions that were catered to my body and what motivated me. She was always encouraging and positive. If you have the chance to work out with Chelsea I would highly recommend it!

Chelsea is a wonderful personal trainer and all-around great person! I trained with her for a couple of months, focusing on my upper body strength. I cannot say enough good things about Chelsea, and she was always a pleasure to be around.

Chelsea started as my personal trainer/mentor and was such a support and inspiration that I decided to get my NASM certification for personal training as well. Her ability to listen and empathize while still elevating and keeping you working toward your goals and highest potential is unparalleled. She has an immense depth of knowledge not only about human anatomy in the realm of fitness but about psychology and mental health as well. She is reliable, punctual, and has an energy that is truly contagious and keeps you motivated to push for more! I would absolutely recommend her!!
