- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are priced per lessons and include learning materials such as music, books, and app recommendations. Also included is our five yearly recital dates. Among all of these great offerings, the best part that's included is that WE COME TO YOU! so no more hassle of driving around the city and looking for parking. Instead, we make the experience as easy for you as possible. How can you pass that up?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every lesson is individualized to the customer's age, experience level, and general background. We try to make sure that new customers know the general ways to play the guitar and we get them going on some simple songs within 30 minutes of meeting us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are conservatory trained. Nathan Martinez, the owner of Golden Gate Guitar Lessons, has a Bachelor's and Master's in guitar performance from the prestigious San Francisco Conservatory of Music, and all other teachers have degrees from the top universities in the country.
